Unlocking Solutions: Our diverse range of services tailored to meet your needs.

OUR SERVICES

Speciality Coffee

We have built capacity over half a decade to offer premium quality of specially processed naturals and fully washed coffee from the Rwenzori region. The coffees we supply possessed excellent aromas and amazing taste. This stems from the meticulous process of how the coffee is processed. We buy coffee cherries from farmers that seasonally engaged in implementing agronomic practices on their farms. The red cherries are delivered to our centralised washing stations where they are carefully sorted, floated, and pulped (for washed coffees) or directly dried for naturally processed coffees.

Commercials

Based on demand from certain clients, we also source, process and supply undifferentiated robusta and Arabica coffees from different parts of Uganda.

Project and Programmes

We implement different projects and programmes aimed at supporting our clients (coffee growers and suppliers) to: (1) boost production and productivity, and (2) do it in ways that does not put the environment and climate in danger.

Speciality Arabica Coffee

Red coffee cherries are bought from farmers, sorted, floated in clean water, and naturally dried under controlled temperature. The output is a consistent quality of clean Arabica beans with an excellent aroma and amazing taste. We have capacity to produce and export 5 to 10 containers per year

Commercial Arabicas and Robustas

We have a strong network of farmers and middlemen coffee suppliers that enables us to source, dry to completion and process to a clean coffee that, however, yield undifferentiated quality of Ugandan washed and Ugandan naturally dried arabica. We have capacity to source and supply Bugisu AA, AB, CPB from produced on the slopes of Mount Elgon, and DRUGERs (Dried natural Ugandan Arabicas) produced on the slopes of Mount Elgon from Southwestern region of Uganda.

We also have capacity to process and supply Uganda robustas of different sizes (screen 18, 15, 12 and rejects) depending on client needs.

Agronomic Practices

We provide agronomic trainings to farmers on different aspects of coffee growing and management focusing on planting, pruning, weeding, stumping, fertiliser application, and harvesting using the farmer field school model. We partner with fertiliser distributors to extend fertiliser on credit to some of the farmers within our network.

Climate Change Adaption

With Partnership from Agriculture Development Centre (ADC) and Abi Trust, we are reframing our agronomic programme to encourage farmers to increasingly rely more on local materials in implementation of their farming activities. This is intended to ensure that agricultural activities are sustained without putting the environment and climate at peril. In line with this programme, we are currently working with a pilot of 50-150 farmers whom we support to utilise local materials to plant, prune, desucker, stump, and apply fertiliser on their coffee trees. In addition, farmers also received free coffee and other shade tree seedlings that are intended to support them in rejuvenating their gardens.
